• Providing consultancy services to the ICAN Company from Hong Kong in relation to Kali salt mining explorations in Pakngeum District, Vientiane. 
•  Providing consultancy services to Qin Huang Dao Xin He Steel and Mining Development (Laos) Co Ltd in relation to a steel mining project at Pouphalek Village in Saysomboun Province. 

 TK Capital has been created as a hub for all the other kinds of investment venture that do not fall under the remit of any of our regular business units. One of our recent projects, which is a typical example of the kind of investment TK Capital manages, involved investing in the construction and letting of a modern, three story commercial building in the center of Vientiane city. 

 The development is made up of different commercial sections: restaurants, coffee shops, beauty clinics, offices, car washing services, etc. In addition, there is a convenient full service car park for the customers. 

 TKI Life Insurance Co.,Ltd and TKI General Insurance Co., Ltd operates business in Lao PDR and provides non-life and life insurance services to customers.

 TK Power and Mining Company is one of business sectors under TK Group which is 100% local investment. The purpose of this business is to invest in power generation mainly from hydropower, wind and solar energy for domestic and oversea supply. Alongside, our company will invest on mining business, this activity includes prospecting and exploration, exploitation planning in future. All TK Power and Mining activities will be in compliance with the National Social and Economic Development Plan, social and environmental friendly. 

 Investment on these sectors are currently on our own financing. In future, TK Power & Mining will open for joint investments with domestic and foreign investors for business development and international expansion. The projects under TK Power & Mining implementation are as below. 

 TK group Sole co., Ltd has signed the joint venture agreement with Department of Geology and Minerals on October 2013 to exploration and exploitation minerals, projects as follow: 

 The project within the Bokoe, Oudomxay and, Xayaboury Provinces with the total concession area of 2276.5 square kilometers are containing of Nickel (Ni) prospect. We together with geology department were carry on of general survey, within sampling collection, mapping. The next phase will carry on of exploration program, which including drilling program. 

TK Power Holding company Limited or “T&C” in brief is one of the affiliate companies of TK Group established in accordance with the laws of Lao P.D.R.in November, 13th 2015. T&C is a joint venture company between TK Group company limited (TK) and Chaluensekong Group company limited (CS).

T&C is established with the purpose of managing all electric energy with the vision “Being the leading supplier of electric to EDL and surrounding countries in the region in order to contribute to the sustainability of the country by caring the environment and society”. T&C also conducts the business with slogan “Clean Energy Safe Environment Happy Society”. The ultimate goal of T&C is to be listed in the stock exchange.

The initial capacity is about 611 MWA for Commencement Operation Day (COD). Apart from COD, we have some hydropower dams in the stage of preparing for construction and some in the stage of conducting feasibility study (FS), as following:

  Apart from above-mentioned hydropower dams, in the near future we plan to invest in solar cell and wind power.

T&C has an appropriate organization structure and capable and experience staffs graduated from both domestic and abroad in many position.
