On 12/7/2018, Lao World Public Company, a company under TK Group, has officially signed a contract with Major Cineplex Group. From the signing date, Major Cineplex will be a cinema operator in ITECC Mall Cineplex. On the 14/7/2018, TK Group Company Limited organized a workshop on the topic of Power of Effectiveness for TK Officers. The workshop was conducted by an experienced coach from Thailand in order to understand the level of stress, proactive capacity building, consciousness and freedom of action according to plan, reason and principle. In short, the workshop focused on enhancing working skill and knowledge for all staff.
In addition to that, this workshop established power of knowledge and harmony among staff that could be seen from the active interaction on workshop activities and sharing ideas. It was also a happy and memorable opportunity to gather staff from different companies under TK Group.

On the 7th July 2018, TK Group Company Limited organized a Company Games under the project of TK Colorful Sports for Solidarity. The activities led by Mr. Thatnakhone Thammavong, Precedent of TK Group, and actively participated by managers and staff of the company. The main objective of the games was to strengthen solidarity and harmonization among managers and staff and brought out the skill of teamwork and talents of participants. It also allowed staff to work out and reduce stress. There were variety of fun games and sport activities such as cheer-dance, soccer, building, five leg walk, relay run, limbo dance, and golf followed by solidarity meals. The day was ended with warm and joyful atmosphere.

The workshop on the Proactive Leader Leading to Success was held on the 30 June 2018 at TK Group Company conducted by PacRim Group from Thailand and attended by committee of director and management. Contents of workshop included the following topics.
