The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between representatives of Bolikhamxay Provincial Planning and Investment Department and TK Group Sold., LTD, was held on 22nd June 2016, to conduct a feasibility study on trade and service area exploration around the fifth Mekong river bridge in Kuayoudom village, Paksun district, Bolikhamxay province.
