  1. IT Project Manager 1 Position

  • Lead the software development and implementation projects
  • Develop and maintain information technology project plans which outline individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource allocation.
  • Develop schedules and methods for measuring results
  • Manage project plans, schedule, scope, budget, risks, resources, and ensure projects are delivered on timeline, within scope and budget
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Provide excellent communication of project status (progress, issues/concerns) to all stakeholders
  • Coordinate to resolve and assist customers for any software and hardware problems
  • Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT.
  • A minimum 6 years’ experience in software development, business systems support, with at least 1-year experience in IT management or project management
  • Previous work experience with project management framework and processes would be advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Lao and English.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  1. IT Support Officer 1 Position
  • Job Descriptions
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain server and network infrastructure
  • Talk to clients, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults or other technical issues
  • Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Test and evaluate new technology
  • Provide users with technical support and instruction.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Information Technology and Networking
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in both Lao and English.
