T&C POWER and MINING
T&C Power Holding company Limited or “T&C” in brief is one of the affiliate companies of TK Group established in accordance with the laws of Lao P.D.R.in November, 13th 2015. T&C is a joint venture company between TK Group company limited (TK) and Chaluensekong Group company limited (CS).
T&C is established with the purpose of managing all electric energy with the vision “Being the leading supplier of electric to EDL and surrounding countries in the region in order to contribute to the sustainability of the country by caring the environment and society”. T&C also conducts the business with slogan “Clean Energy Safe Environment Happy Society”. The ultimate goal of T&C is to be listed in the stock exchange.
The initial capacity is about 611 MWA for Commencement Operation Day (COD). Apart from COD, we have some hydropower dams in the stage of preparing for construction and some in the stage of conducting feasibility study (FS), as following:

Apart from above-mentioned hydropower dams, in the near future we plan to invest in solar cell and wind power.
T&C has an appropriate organization structure and capable and experience staffs graduated from both domestic and abroad in many position.
